Shipping Policy

At Pawsome Bandits, we want to make sure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible. We currently ship orders using Royal Mail 24®.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1 working day after your order has been placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation where applicable.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail 24-48®for our standard UK deliveries.

Royal Mail 24 is an aimed-for next working day service, but delivery times are not guaranteed. Please allow additional time during weekends, bank holidays, busy periods, or circumstances outside of our control.

Estimated delivery: 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Please note that the delivery timeframe is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Pawsome Bandits cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the address once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch, please contact us and we will be happy to help investigate the delivery.

Please remember that Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and occasional delays can occur.
